Complete wood fibre packaging line

We recently installed a complete packaging line for packaging wood wool that is used for insulation.

Wood wool (wood fibre insulation) is a fairly new and environmentally friendly product.

One of the properties of wood wool is that it is very volumious, which makes it difficult to transport

The woodwool is compressed and packed in bales of 13 to 20 kg.

Another important aspect of the baler is that it can pack bales in flatfoil and create bales without flatfoil. Due to the compression ratio, the bales can also be made without flatfoil while retaining their original shape.
