Expanding current packaging line for wood shavings

Last September, Willems expanded an existing packaging line for wood shavings, with an extra baler and an infeed system. We delivered this project turn key.

This customer already had a Willems robot palletiser. We changed the robot so it can stack the bales on two stacking positions; one pallet for each baler. That saved our customer from an expensive investment of buying a new palletiser!

The new baler has a capacity up to 330 bales / hour.
